It’s that time of the year again. Today is my third working anniversary (actually I am exactly 1 week late). It’s hard to believe that it has been 3 years since I started working at IBM Quantum. But at the same time, the last 3 years felt like a lifetime, I guess it’s not just for me, but also most people in the world. When I started working in March 2020, COVID just started and no one could anticipate that it would evolve into a global pandemic....

Today is my first work anniversary at IBM Quantum. I figure it’s a good occasion to pause for a moment and reflect what I have done and learned in the past one year.
